Doll Chateau said that they would send me instructions for stringing their Lillian unicorn but that it would take a few days because they would need to create the instructions. I had no idea that they would actually string the doll to create the instructions and take pictures (28 of them!) of the process from start to finish. I am very impressed. The instructions are really helpful to me, and I hope they help other owners of this doll.

Hi, Sara! That’s a really good question. I don’t think you could use round eyes in Lillian. The head is so small inside that I don’t think they would fit. Good luck with yours, and I’m glad this post was helpful to you.

Thanks for getting back to me. That’s what I pretty much thought. I finally got glass eyes into the Aimerai unicorn that had round backs and were a bit flatter, but at that point the head was so full you couldn’t get it back on the body because the “S hook” ring didn’t fit with it. Yeah... So flat eyes it is on them and on Lillian, which means another month long wait approximately for the eyes to arrive. Such is BJDs.

Hello, do you happen to know the length of elastic they used? Someone restrung mine too loose and I can’t get her to do anything, so I need to restring her, but the elastic I have is all stretched out...
